I am a Creative Designer & Director with a discerning critical eye, diverse skill set, and 15+ years of experience in creating products that promote learning and personal development. I believe in making products that have lasting impact, products that change lives.

As a Producer adept at assembling and directing teams, I deliver products and experiences that meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and user engagement. Setting expectations is important to building talented and agile teams whose collaboration will manifest as innovative and exceptional work.

My role as Team Champion, in addition to fostering collaboration and team spirit, is to inspire and set the example. Supporting the professional and creative growth of team members is as important to me as expanding and honing my own talents and skills, since I believe mastery of a discipline really does take 10,000 hours of deliberate practice.
